July 21, 2009 Board Meeting Agenda Item #12 Title APPROVAL OF FINAL ORDER IN SCHOOL BOARD V. GILL Description On June 18, 2009, Division of Administrative Hearings Administrative Law Judge Robert E. Meale entered a Recommended Order recommending that the Board "enter a final order dismissing the charge of excessive use of leave and finding Respondent guilty of the charge of sleeping while on duty and suspending him, without pay, for five working days."  Neither party has filed any exceptions to the recommended order. Recommendation That the School Board enter a Final Order adopting the Recommended Order of the Administrative Law Judge in DOAH Case Number 08-006420, reinstating the employment of Timothy Gill as of January 7, 2009, awarding him backpay from that date, and suspending him for five working days."
